Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of each piece, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted. If there is an issue with your order, please email elizabeth@lilyendstitch.com so we can work together to resolve.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $120. Standard shipping rates vary.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?

At the current time we are only shipping within the United States.

Can you embroider clothing or accessories I already own?

Yes, definitely. Please reach out to us via our contact form or Instagram and we will share shipping instructions to get the item to us!

What is your turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Bulk orders start at a 4-week turnaround. Please don’t hesitate to email us before ordering to inquire about lead times. If you need an order by a certain date, we will always try our best to accommodate.

How do I wash my LilyEndStitch embroidered item?

We recommend washing all items inside out and hanging them to dry to prevent damage to the stitching. Tumble dry low for just a few minutes, if desired.
